Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Time & Labor Specialist to support time and labor processing and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced timesheet and Costpoint administration to ensure compliance with company and federal requirements
- Act as a primary escalation point for complex timesheet and labor issues, leading research and resolution efforts
- Support compliance activities, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives while mentoring junior team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant payroll or timekeeping experience
- Prior experience in a government contracting environment
- In-depth knowledge of timekeeping systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or PeopleSoft
- Strong understanding of federal labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
