Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Time & Labor Specialist to support time and labor processing and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced timesheet and Costpoint administration to ensure compliance with company and federal requirements
  • Act as a primary escalation point for complex timesheet and labor issues, leading research and resolution efforts
  • Support compliance activities, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives while mentoring junior team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant payroll or timekeeping experience
  • Prior experience in a government contracting environment
  • In-depth knowledge of timekeeping systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or PeopleSoft
  • Strong understanding of federal labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
