Lead Title Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Title Reviewer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title abstracts, ownership reports, and supporting documentation for right-of-way acquisitions
• Identify title defects, inconsistencies, or missing documentation and recommend corrective actions
• Perform detailed quality control checks on title research conducted across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Eight or more (8+) years of experience in title abstracting, title examination, or right-of-way title research
• Demonstrated experience reviewing complex title work and resolving title issues
• Familiarity with transportation, utility, or public infrastructure right-of-way projects preferred
• State-specific title, paralegal, or right-of-way certifications preferred, where applicable
