Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead-to-Cash Business Partner to support and improve Salesforce-enabled processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and desired outcomes in the Lead-to-Cash process
  • Own the intake and review process for Salesforce enhancement requests and facilitate prioritization discussions
  • Monitor key metrics and recommend system and process enhancements for efficiency and data quality


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Salesforce-related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes including quoting and order management
  • Experience with Salesforce governance or Center of Excellence models
  • Proven ability to influence business decisions without direct authority
