Job Summary
To support and improve Salesforce-enabled Lead-to-Cash processes, the full-time remote Lead-to-Cash Business Partner will manage stakeholder partnerships, define enhancement requests, and drive continuous improvements across various business areas including Revenue Operations and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and desired outcomes, applying discovery discipline to clarify true business problems
- Conduct initial reviews of enhancement requests, ensuring strategic alignment and translating findings into structured justifications with defined success metrics
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Center of Excellence on requirements clarification and ensure delivered solutions meet defined business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Sales Operations with exposure to Salesforce processes
- Strong skills in discovery and requirements analysis, with the ability to identify root causes and define real problems
- Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes including lead management, quoting, and order management
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence prioritization decisions without direct authority
