Lead-to-Cash Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead-to-Cash VP.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement improvements across sales processes
• Collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational strategy
• Define, track, and report KPIs to measure process effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in platform migrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Certified in at least one relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Six Sigma)
• Experience with business process management and modeling tools
• Fluent in Business English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are advantageous
