Key Responsibilities

Guide, coach, and support a team of New Hire Elite Home Professionals through their first 90 days
Lead daily Tech Line sessions via Microsoft Teams, providing real-time assistance to the Field
Drive New Hire retention by creating a positive and encouraging work environment

Required Qualifications

Proven performance and leadership as an Elite Home Professional/Pro Instructor
Ability to manage the Tech Line on a daily schedule
Must meet minimum required performance metrics over a 90 day period
Excellent coaching and organizational skills
Self-starter passionate about developing others
