Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Trainer Enterprise AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive enterprise AI training portfolio, including onboarding and domain-specific curricula
• Build and manage the Citizen Trainers community to scale training delivery across the organization
• Create a self-service learning ecosystem and analyze training data to optimize programs and demonstrate business impact

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in training design and delivery within enterprise technology or digital transformation
• 3+ years of experience managing train-the-trainer or distributed enablement programs at scale
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics
• Strong data literacy to analyze training metrics and demonstrate ROI
• Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or change management is preferred
