Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement leadership development and revenue enablement programs
• Assist in building training and enablement for new hires, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience
• Create engaging enablement materials and continuously improve programs based on feedback

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience in learning and development, particularly in leadership and onboarding
• Proven experience in sales or revenue enablement with a focus on training and competencies
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
