Lead Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Lead Transformation Analyst will support the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized organizational transformation projects, collaborating with HR and business leaders while managing project timelines and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with Business HR to optimize organizational plans using Nike's data and systems
• Facilitate project kick-offs and transformation readiness sessions while ensuring project alignment with strategic goals
• Provide comprehensive project reporting throughout the transformation lifecycle to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management and organizational transformation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday and Orgvue
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
