Lead Transition Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Transition Manager to oversee the transition of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage transition strategy, plan, and milestones aligned with contractual obligations
• Coordinate transitions across IT service towers and ensure adherence to governance standards
• Manage risk, compliance, and vendor relationships throughout the transition process

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience managing IT outsourcing or managed services transitions
• Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and OLAs in multi-tower, multi-vendor environments
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
