Job Summary

Leading a team of Transition Managers, the full-time Lead Transition Manager will oversee complex real estate project solutions, ensuring project delivery accountability while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to Transition Managers, addressing project issues and monitoring team workload
• Manage all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, and risk for multiple real estate projects
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and support professional development and recruitment of team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant project management experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory or mentorship role preferred
• PMP, LEED AP, and/or CCM designations preferred
