Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Tumor Registrar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage research requests and oversee special projects
- Manage the collection, maintenance, and analysis of cancer registry and research project data
- Prepare data for presentations, statistical reports, and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a hospital-based cancer registry; Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) credential required
- Experience in oncology data management and knowledge of medical practices related to cancer treatment
- Familiarity with medical records content, chart review, and oncology terminology
