Lead UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UI Designer who will focus on designing user journeys and leading the design process across various product segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the digital experience design strategy to ensure an exceptional customer journey across all design phases
• Mentor and guide a team of designers throughout the design process, from research to experimentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and achieve product goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7-10 years of professional design experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience in leading the design process from research to prototyping
• Proven experience in design thinking and facilitation
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision
