Key Responsibilities

Manage the UI Engineering Team and support their professional development
Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to align on UI feature delivery
Guide the team in building and enhancing UI features while maintaining existing systems

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of professional experience as a UI programmer/engineer in the games industry
3+ years of management experience
Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine
Understanding of successful user interface elements and player experience in modern video games
Proficiency in algorithms and code architecture
