Lead UI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UI Engineer to join the Cyberpunk 2 Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the professional development of direct reports
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to align team efforts with project expectations
• Guide the team in building, enhancing, and maintaining user interface features

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a UI programmer/engineer in the games industry
• 3+ years of management experience
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Understanding of user interface elements and player experience in modern video games
• Proficiency in algorithms and code architecture
