Lead UI/UX Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UI/UX Design & Research Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user interface components using React.js and Redux, ensuring robust application integrations
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices and high-quality deliverables
• Conduct system analysis and oversee integration testing to optimize system performance and functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading human-centered design activities and developing in React/Redux
• Experience supervising a team of front-end developers with proven leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Experience with government cloud hosting environments and project management tools
