Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric product experiences
• Drives the execution of UX strategy and leads complex, multidisciplinary projects from ideation to execution
• Creates user scenarios, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes throughout the product development cycle

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Human-Centered Computing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Three years of related experience in UI/UX design
• 24 months of experience in creating responsive designs and maintaining a design system
• Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and web-UI design
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
