Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects in areas such as Design System, Common Workflows, Growth UX, or Workload UX
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable patterns, workflows, and user journeys
• Champion accessibility, usability, and design quality while mentoring other designers and measuring the impact of design work

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio in relevant areas
• Deep expertise in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and/or information architecture
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver user-centered solutions
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and rapid prototyping methodologies
• Passion for accessibility and delivering measurable business outcomes through design
