Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to create customer experiences that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brand-defining digital products and marketing collateral informed by customer insights
• Lead user testing exercises, create wireframes and prototypes, and document UX design recommendations
• Collaborate with project teams and engineering to implement UI solutions and evaluate UX improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design solutions in a complex business environment
• Hands-on experience guiding team members through UX strategies
• Working knowledge of UX tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Adobe, and UserZoom
