Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design of B2B applications, the full-time Lead UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences, conduct usability testing, and maintain design standards, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Seaford, DE.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers
• Design graphic user interface elements and develop UI mockups and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and resolve UX problems

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience, preferably in B2B web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on complex, data-rich products
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of at least one current UI language or framework like Angular or React
• Experience building or contributing to a design system and collaborating with front-end engineers
