Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Underpayment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine hospital claims to verify proper reimbursement and resolve issues with stakeholders
• Provide training and support to new analysts and assist with technical questions
• Maintain documentation of underpayment issues and participate in quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong performance in the Underpayment Analyst role
• Experience mentoring and supporting others
• Familiarity with Month End duties
• Moderate computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with a secure internet connection
