Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Unreal & C++ Engineer who is self-motivated and experienced in game development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and support the project lead in technical decisions
• Assist producers in planning and risk mitigation while creating high-quality code
• Develop strategies for the Unreal and C++ department and mentor other developers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in game development
• 5+ years as a professional Unreal Game Developer
• Strong understanding of modern Unreal C++ and Blueprints
• Experience leading multiple teams and delivering titles, including at least 1 AAA title
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Gitlab, and Plastic SCM
