Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 10 years of experience in public policy, government relations, or immigration-related work
• Five or more years of experience in team leadership or management
• Demonstrated expertise in driving policy reforms and engaging stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
