Lead User Acceptance Tester

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end user acceptance testing for a complex enterprise-scale program, the full-time Lead User Acceptance Tester will plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities, managing defect lifecycles and collaborating with Agile development teams while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and offshore testing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UAT strategy and test plans
• Coordinate UAT execution across multiple workstreams and manage defect lifecycle
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards

Required qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or UAT, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) and test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Zephyr)
• Basic SQL or data validation skills for backend checks
• Experience testing automation and digitized field processes
