Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to design experiences for enterprise applications and customer-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user experiences for internal and external users
• Create early-stage concepts and translate user needs into interaction designs through detailed user flows and wireframes
• Conduct user testing and research to evaluate and improve existing experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX experience, preferably in enterprise B2B settings
• Formal education in Human Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience in designing complex business processes and internal tools
• Proficiency in wireframing, design, and testing tools
• Experience with responsive web solutions and pattern libraries
