A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to translate customer and business needs into engaging digital experiences
• Lead and develop teams through mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Drive end-to-end product design by creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in User Experience design
• Experience designing for cross-channel experiences
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch and/or Figma
• Experience managing a cross-functional team
