Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to evolve and scale a multi-platform design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the design system by improving component usability, accessibility, and scalability
• Design, document, and deliver reusable Figma components and patterns that align with development standards
• Maintain governance processes for versioning and contributions to ensure design system integrity and quality

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale design systems
• Proven ability to scale and evolve design systems across multi-platform product ecosystems
• Experience applying AI tools or workflows to improve design system processes
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking and component creation at scale
