Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to own the user experience across its platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX strategy for a platform serving over 10,000 organizations, designing workflows for diverse user personas
• Coach and elevate fellow designers through critiques and shared frameworks to enhance UX quality
• Translate complex data into clear interfaces and design end-to-end workflows based on real user needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in security, data-intensive, or technical B2B platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing streamlined experiences from complex workflows
• Experience mentoring or coaching designers and providing actionable feedback
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in design workflows
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
