Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to join their Marvel Strike Force team remotely in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for major features or products, from user research through to high-fidelity design and validation
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, establishing UX standards and best practices
• Influence product vision and contribute to the broader UX discipline through thought leadership and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in UX design with a portfolio showcasing complex, user-centered design solutions
• Proven track record of leading a UX team with positive outcomes
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools and techniques
• Deep understanding of UX research methods and ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements
• Experience designing for mobile platforms
