Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements, creating intuitive and scalable experiences
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope and make tradeoffs that enhance user experience
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders by guiding workshops and producing actionable deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing digital products and leading UX work for complex web and/or mobile experiences
• Hands-on experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress
• Ability to thrive in busy environments while providing structure and clarity
• Proven track record of delivering polished UX that enhances usability and engagement
• Strong collaborative skills across disciplines, building relationships with clients and teams
