Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

To support the Datacor Engineering Software Group, the remote Lead UX Designer will conceptualize and design product solutions, craft new product features, and lead projects from vision to deployment while mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design product solutions that balance visionary thinking and business potential
• Meticulously craft new product features from initial ideas to polished designs
• Lead projects end to end, collaborating with engineers and product managers to align design work with user needs

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product design experience with the ability to run projects independently
• Degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience with engineering-driven projects
• Experience designing and building products using Figma in a SaaS environment
• Ability to develop and socialize design systems within organizations
• Strong understanding of code and interest in engineering/technical systems
