Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

Owning complex workflow design, the full-time Lead UX Designer will work remotely to contribute to the CEM design system and drive design quality across the platform through collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead heuristic evaluations of the CEM platform and synthesize findings into actionable design priorities
• Help establish and evolve the CEM design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all design output
• Own end-to-end UX design for high-complexity workflows, producing interaction models and validated prototypes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX design experience with a focus on enterprise SaaS applications
• Demonstrated experience contributing to a design system in a production SaaS environment
• Proven ability to produce high-fidelity interaction designs for data-intensive enterprise applications
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component architecture and library governance
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
