Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams, the full-time Lead UX Product Designer will shape the vision and functionality of a new digital platform for employee benefits, working remotely to create user-centric designs and improve user experiences for various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to distill complex problems and propose elegant design solutions
• Design impactful User Interfaces and interaction patterns to establish digital process familiarity
• Conduct user research and maintain user personas, journey maps, and design principles for the platform

Required qualifications

• 4 years of experience solving complex design problems for web or software solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, and InVision
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and hands-on experience executing them
• Solid technical background with knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, and APIs
• Experience in all phases of the UX process, including sketching, wireframing, and user testing
