Lead UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer for a remote contract position, who will oversee multiple UX projects, translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital product user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate wireframes into comps, storyboards, and experience prototypes
• Oversee the work of multiple UX projects, coordinating meetings and reporting on project status
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX design for digital products with a strong portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proven experience mentoring junior designers and managing the full UX process
• Experience with Agile workflows and iterative design processes
