Lead UX Designer
Job Summary
To set the design vision for the Product organization, the full-time Lead UX Designer will lead a team of designers and researchers, maintain the Design System, and ensure user-centric designs that align with customer needs, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set and communicate the overall UX design strategy, aligning it with the company vision and product roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX Designers and a UX Researcher, providing clear expectations and feedback
- Stay hands-on by designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for high-impact work while collaborating with Product Management and Engineering
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of UX or product design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in building and maintaining a design system and driving its adoption across teams
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including experience with AI tools
- Demonstrable experience designing for complex workflows in B2B or B2C SaaS products
- Strong command of user-centric design strategy, UX principles, and usability techniques
