Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to support the Product Design team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Reducing complexity and creating simple, delightful experiences for users
Creating prototypes and running experiments to test hypotheses
Collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to create product plans and maintain design processes

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience contributing on design teams
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
Experienced in conducting research and collaborating with UX researchers
Ability to generate ideas for the future and think tactically about delivering work
Self-motivated and eager to evolve skills and share knowledge
