Lead UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Researcher who is passionate about understanding and improving user and product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to UX research programs, including various research activities and mentoring junior researchers
• Synthesize and present UX and CX insights to stakeholders, ensuring findings are actionable for product and experience decisions
• Maintain and evolve research programs, optimizing research platforms and advocating for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, design strategy, or equivalent
• 8-10 years of demonstrated UX or research experience
• Proven experience leading and mentoring other researchers
• Experience with mixed-methods research programs and presenting findings to cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with UserTesting.com, Qualtrics, and AI-powered research repositories
