Lead UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic design team, the full-time Lead UX/UI Designer, Brand & Design Systems will drive the redesign of the web experience, develop a scalable design system, and evolve the visual brand identity across digital and print channels, all while working in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design efforts for a comprehensive website redesign initiative
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system, including component libraries and reusable assets
• Guide the evolution of the visual identity across digital and print, ensuring consistency across all channels

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in UX/UI design, brand identity development, and design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating website redesigns and brand guideline work
• Experience creating information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
