Lead UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Driving the design discipline's strategic direction, the full-time Lead UX/UI Designer will manage complex enterprise applications, translating business requirements into governed workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into governed Agentic Workflows
• Lead user research, business requirement gathering, ideation, user testing, and end-to-end UI design
• Define global interaction models for AI agents, ensuring functionality, transparency, and governance

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, particularly in complex enterprise software
• Expert-level mastery of Figma and Design System architecture
• Proven ability to present complex architectural logic to non-technical executives
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate design workflows
• Advanced certifications in UX Strategy, AI-Human Interaction, or Service Design are highly valued
