Lead UX Visual Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Lead for a 6-9 month freelance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate and communicate design approaches to users, designers, and stakeholders
• Create design assets and contribute to the team's design system and language
• Iteratively improve designs based on partner input and prioritize design work across projects

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, editorial, or content creation design
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines
• Proven experience utilizing AI
• Developing proficiency in product design and craftsmanship (motion, animation, video)
• Arts degree or agency/design studio experience preferred
