Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead - Value-Based Care Performance to drive enterprise-level performance improvement initiatives across its National Accountable Care Organization (ACO) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement cross-functional performance improvement initiatives across multiple markets
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations for business decisions
• Build relationships with market leaders to align on priorities and support execution of improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, or ACO programs
• Deep experience in ACO/VBC performance management and quality metrics
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at senior leadership levels
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
