Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Value Consultant, Communication Intelligence (CI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the Customer Intelligence (CI) North Star for the field, establishing clear standards
  • Design and implement the CI operating model, including conversation taxonomy and quality scorecards
  • Equip frontline managers with CI-powered coaching systems to drive behavior change and improve performance
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Enablement, or related roles
  • Deep hands-on experience with Conversational Intelligence / Revenue Intelligence platforms
  • Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and their application in GTM workflows
  • Experience designing CI programs at scale
  • Prior ownership of cross-functional operating models
