Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Value Consultant, Communication Intelligence (CI).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Customer Intelligence (CI) North Star for the field, establishing clear standards
- Design and implement the CI operating model, including conversation taxonomy and quality scorecards
- Equip frontline managers with CI-powered coaching systems to drive behavior change and improve performance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Enablement, or related roles
- Deep hands-on experience with Conversational Intelligence / Revenue Intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and their application in GTM workflows
- Experience designing CI programs at scale
- Prior ownership of cross-functional operating models
