Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Lead Value Consultant will engage with executive stakeholders to build data-driven ROI models, present compelling business cases, and drive value realization throughout the customer lifecycle in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead structured value discovery sessions with economic buyers and operational stakeholders to quantify the financial impact of Outreach adoption
- Develop and maintain scalable value assets and methodologies to enhance the value consulting practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align value narratives with technical strategies and ensure consistency across stakeholder interactions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, value engineering, management consulting, or financial advisory, with a focus on enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and defend multi-variable financial models
- Expertise in structured stakeholder interviewing and synthesizing inputs to identify financial narratives
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting clear and compelling business cases to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in value-based selling, ROI analysis, and familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology
