Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Varicent Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Oversee solution design and architecture, and mentor project team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Varicent Incentives, including solution design and implementation
• Proven track record of leading mid-size to large-scale projects
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with major relational databases
• Deep knowledge of software development and implementation life cycles
