Lead Varicent Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Varicent Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Oversee solution design, configuration, and optimization of Varicent Incentives systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Varicent Incentives, including solution design and implementation
• Proven track record of leading mid-size to large-scale projects and managing client relationships
• Strong understanding of data models, object models, and emerging technologies
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
