Job Summary
Providing real-time leadership and support to staff, the full-time Lead Verification Specialist will manage daily worklists, ensure consistent application of processes, and assist in balancing workload across team members in a remote environment within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily worklists based on date of service priority
- Ensure consistent application of processes and standards among team members
- Provide leadership and support to PAIC IV staff to meet service level expectations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in Patient Access, Insurance Verification, or Revenue Cycle
- Six months of prior lead, subject matter expert, or mentorship experience (preferred)
- Certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
