Job Summary
Providing real-time leadership and support to staff, the full-time Lead Verification Specialist will monitor daily worklists, ensure consistent application of processes, and assist in balancing workloads in a remote environment within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in Patient Access, Insurance Verification, or Revenue Cycle
- Six months of prior lead, SME, or mentorship experience (preferred)
- CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
