Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead VIP Host in California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with VIP players to drive the success of the VIP engagement program
- Grow and establish a strong VIP user base in California and enhance customer loyalty
- Analyze player activity and feedback to support platform improvements and oversee all aspects of player relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in Sales, Account Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of account management experience
- Passionate about sports and gaming with the ability to travel within the assigned state and work nights and weekends
- Corporate level account management experience is a plus
- Experience in the sports, gaming, or entertainment industry is preferred
