Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Visual Designer, Design System (Contract, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual and brand design for web, mobile, and interactive experiences, ensuring alignment with company identity
• Translate complex medical and scientific content into compelling, accessible narratives through design
• Drive projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 10+ years in digital design, with at least 7 years in product design
• Hands-on experience designing across web, mobile, and interactive platforms
• Proven experience building and evolving design systems
• Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams
