Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead voice infrastructure projects and act as the Subject Matter Expert
Collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide voice solutions
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues within the voice network infrastructure

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in telecommunications
Expert-level knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols
Advanced administration skills with Ribbon Communications/Sonus or AudioCodes
Strong understanding of IP networks and related concepts
